Weather looks to be nice Sunday, AND I'll finally be able to get away from work to sit in a bowstand. Monday's plan is to bang away at some dove, sip on Ranger Creek .36 Texas Bourbon Whiskey and enjoy a few Ramon Bueso Genesis Project smokes. Can't wait!

if you have a place to hunt this weekend is gonna be the best weekend of bow season to hunt (I think)...

first descent cool front of the year. I would hunt saturday (before it) and sunday (after it)! deer should move one way or another!

I'll be on stand from Saturday through Monday morning. Might make a all day or nearly all day sit on Sunday. Been hearing good reports of rutting activity in the past few days.

My thoughts are even if the cooler weather doens't make the deer move it will make the hunting more enjoyable.

Temps have been revised to 48/39 for Saturday and 54/39 for Sunday!!!!!!!! It is only 57 right now, but that is also the wind speed today. It is howling!
