If you have just put out a pop up how long will it take for the deer to get used to it?

I put up a Ground Blind and a new feeder in a new loacation 3 weeks ago. I had deer at the feeder that night. If its brushed in good they dont seem to mind it.

All depends how much pressure the area has had. I've killed in less than an hour cause they never seen people before. I use popups all the time but about a week u should be good. My opinion

few days to a week.............. Brush it in and they can be there the same day it is set up.

I have killed deer out of brushed in blinds as well as blinds sitting out in the open.

You DO NOT have to brush one in. Oh and if it fades, hunt it! They don't care if it is faded.

A couple of days. I have not brushed mine in at the lease in 3 years and they do not mind. I set it up in August and by bow season they pay no attention to it.

Pour a bunch of corn in piles really close to the popup. They'll make friends with it right off.

I thought this was a thread about Ian Kinsler.

How do you keep the top from collapsing?

They hated mine last year. Would walk out from behind a tree and look and walk back and forth till it was dark. I have 200+ pictures of them hiding around a tree from the blind. Only shot one deer out of it last year second day of the season. guess it depends the deer.

If there is any existing brush piles, limbs bushes etc. put the popup in it.
It wouldn't change a thing unless it smells.
