Lookint to buy some scope mounts to put on an AR. They guy that built my AR said to go with Larue but they are $250!!! Looked around and Burris has some for $90. Both sets are detachable, not sure if I'd ever use that but I guess it would be nice to have the option. What says the greenscreen?

Burris Pepr and Leupold both make nice mounts in 1" and 30mm I have each on my ARs
I dont plan on removing unless I change scopes -
The burris mounts are not bad for the money but they are made in China. Here is my list for detachables:
American made:
Larue ~ 220ish
American defense ~ 150 (depending where you buy, most ppl think these are on par with larue)
Bill Wilson ~ 150
