It's a horrible iPhone picture, but was a very cool scene. We were on our way back to camp from the Sunday morning hunt and saw these two Axis & whitetail does standing very close to each other. For some reason I would have thought that they would avoid each other.

i have had both under the feeder together out at my friends place in Leakey. I think it takes a while but they will learn to tolerate each other. I have noticed that they seperate in the winter during the wt rut.

I have them getting in the feeder pen at the protein feeder together also
