So i just got my first bill from Att. I added a line on my family account and was charged a additional 40 buxs. Apparently the IME is for a black berry and ATT is automatically charging me the $30 blackberry fee. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

My cell provider is Verizon so I had to do the AT&T GoPhone route which was a 19.99/month plan for unlimited texts.
All of the posts that I have read by AT&T family plan folks have said that they were able to add a line for $10 month and were limited to 5 lines per family plan. All of that said, I think they didn't understand your needs and have messed up on yours. I would definitely go back if I were you.
Several people have mentioned to be sure and go to an actual AT&T store, not one of the booths in the mall, etc.Comment

I got it figured out. The guy at the AT&T store went to changing crap and put a bb as the phone since it used to have a bb on that number. After 4 or so phone calls we got it right.
Only thing is I didn't have enough time to play with it. Now I'm 300 miles away and getting false pictures every minute lolComment
