Weekend recap

Well guys just wanted to share and thank the good lord on the best opening day I've ever had. I seen quite a few good deer and passed on a good management 8 hoping to get my does out of the way. Killed my first one around 7:15 opening morning and the arrow found its place. Stand hopped most of the day getting a feel for the traffic at the protein feeders vs the corn since we just started the corn feeders up. In the process I jump a huge herd of hogs and my heart fell. So I got in the nearest set and waited. Around 3:15 I shot a 120lb boar and thought all the commotion would spook the area. At 5:30 I had a 220lb monster come in. My Biggest hog to date. A shot to the heart and a 20 yd jog he was smoked!! Well I was for sure nothing else would come in. The ground under the feeder was scattered with blood. Around 6:45 I had a group of does come in so I picked out the eldest of the group and arrowed her at 32yds. Arrow found its place and she was down for the count. I'm pumped in the stand because I started the morning out great and ended with a massacre!! Now it's down to business and can concentrate on my management and trophy buck. And hopefully thin the hog herd out. Thanks for reading god bless

Swhacker 100 grain heads on all animals. Very very impressed. Comparable to a rage I would think. I went with them because they flew really well with my set up

This early in the year I have quite a few family members and friends that will take them. I'll quarter up and drop to the processor for them and they'll pick up. I would run out of space quick if not
