Help needed

I know it's already deer season, but I don't have a deer lease and won't be hunting until November. Having issues with broadhead flight. My broadheads are hitting about 4 inches high at 20 yards. Is this arrow spine or rest issues? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not very good at tuning my own stuff so I'd appreciate yall's input.

Maybe nock too low (or rest too high)? I assume you're sure your field points and broadheads are the same weight?
