Small deer lease needed

I dont know if there is anything availiable or not but I will give it a try. My brother is looking for something small for him and his wife. They are very conservative and traditional minded. I can guarantee they will take special care of any place that they are on. They would help with any kind of improvements needed. They dont mind paying, they are just looking to hunt on a large lease with lots of people. I have tried to get them to get on leases that I have been on in the past but have had no luck. If anyone knows of anything out there please let me know. I am sure that 50-75 acres would be plenty for them. Thanks for anyones help.

I prefer a lease with big deer, but I'll keep my eyes open for one with small deer for ya.
