Oh ok well what were you askin for it?

L.O.-1250 per gun

Oh well is there electric or water?

L.O.- No,if there was it would be 2000 per gun

He was the worst land owner i had ever delt with. So with that even at a good price and everthing i hung up and will not lease from that guy. He would not give me any idea as to what the hunting was like or if there was even anything to offer besides paying him 1250 and he didnt even want to lease the thing.

The LO on our lease was pretty much mean as hell when we first met him. We actually ran into him at the feed store. Once we got to know him, and he got to know us he mellowed out. You have to figure that he has probably had some bad hunters on his place at one time or another. At least that was the issue with out LO. Once he realized that we were going to be responsible he lightened up quite a bit.
