Iphone holder for texting while on the stand.

I have been fighting a problem for several years now of having a way to hold my phone while in the tripod or tree stand (without dropping it). My brother, dad, wife, son and myself usually communicate via text while on the stand. It is much quieter than the radios. I found an arm band made to hold the iphone with the otto box case still installed. It is made for exercising and made to be worn on the upper part of the arm, but I slide it down to my forearm and turn it where I can text on it and it is still out of my way. It has worked good so far in practice, but will try it out in the stand next weekend. I thought I would pass it on in case someone else is having the same issue. The case is called:

Hey I have two of those also, just much bigger. I was using one of them one day trying to coach my son and wife about a deer they were wandering if it was a shooter or not when it fell from my hand. I was in a tripod with several deer around a 8, 9 and several doe. I dropped it! I think it hit everything it possibly could hit on its 15' decent and then landed on some rocks. Believe it or not the deer just looked over at it and started back eating. As for my wife and son the past the shooter up because I never replied, not to mention they got worried.
