Has any one used the one in San Saba. I would like some dry sausage and summer sausage. I hunt in Lometa would like it close if possible. Thanks

Hibler's? My FIL gets meat from him all the time. I have never had any of his sausage. FIL lives in San Saba and buys unclaimed deer meat when people don't come pick it up. -
Our group has used Hibler's in the past. The meat that was picked up, was packaged and dated before the animal was killed (if that tells you anything).Comment

My brother had one processed there. It was ok, nothing special. We've never taken one back there, so I guess we weren't impressed.Comment
