Burnet TBH'rs!!

Got some close friends moving to the area and need any and all advice on housing, etc. They've been there looking a coupla times but are still trying to figure it all out. I think they've checked out a new addition by the high school that a builder has.(any info on him would be nice too.) He works at the Lime plant outside of Marble Falls but after visiting schools they're leaning toward Burnet. Rent house info would be helpful as well. Their house sold pretty quick so we may be moving them next month! Thanks to all! Brett

There are about 5-6 nice houses for sale on our street. We live on the north side of town, about a stone's throw away from the high school. Very quiet, kid friendly neighborhood.

My Brother lives over there, on Tami Street. Nice house, Nice N-hood.

I think He said he rents for about $1200/month.

There are also some nice houses for sale in Delaware Springs subdivision (golf course). Its south of town on 281

If he has kids this is the best neighborhood in town. Tell himself is making a wise choice over MF, as Burnet is more of a community.

Hunting coach and Centex are right. I live in that subdivision as well. Good rent houses here in town are hard to find sometimes, most are either too small or too expensive. I hope he can find one that will fit his needs, and if he need some more specific details on builders or the local subdivisions have him PM me. We are happy he has chosen Burnet over Marble Falls and I am sure we could help out if he needs anything.

Coach do like in the Hills of Shady Grove? I looked at sevral houses in there. I also like the Oak Vista Subdivison more for the fact they have bigger lots and I can keep my boat there. I have grown up in the area and very active in Burnet . Let me know if I can help.
