Help with a Crossbow

I just bought my son a used Barnett and we bought 6 bolts from Academy. Out of those 6 we have had 3 that I have had to glue fletches back on already. Just cheap bolts or what? Also what do you lube the rails with? Thanks in advance.

Must be bad vanes. Use jig-a-loo lubricant for the rail
