I couldn't eat that. But that deer needs to be shot and out of the pool. My 2 cents.

Fibromas. Very common on deer and nothing more than a 'wart' type growth. They are only skin deep and do not effect the quality of the meat at all. They are just ugly to look at. Please do not waste the meat on a deer like this if you chose to shoot it and don't "shoot it to put it out of it's misery".

If you don't want to eat it, leave her be. She will be fine. If you do shoot her, eat the meat with no hesitation. The meat is fine. It's NOT cancer or caused by any type of cancer type virus. Common deer wart.
