Anyone using this?

This was given to me by a friend of friend today in return to let him and his wife hog hunt. He thinks its 15' high tripod. Seat looks brand new and has a cover for it that moves with the seat. I'm curious will this be a good idea for bow hunting or rifle hunt?

It's in pieces that I need to put together this Friday. Just want some ideas cause I could use that where the feeder is at. It gives me 2 location to hunt out of. The only reason I asked because it has rail. I do not know its dimension and not sure if it will affect my draw? Many thanks. Again, always appreciate your inputs.

I've got the same model. I put mine together but haven't hunted out of it yet. It's very sturdy and comfortable. I think with the front "ring" folded back it would be ok to bow hunt out of with no problem. Just make sure to wear a safety harness.

Could leave the front "ring" folded forward and stand up to shoot also.

Yeah? I'd need harness? Dang it. I just gave it away with my tree stand! Grrr. Ok. Thanks!!! I'll look for a place with tree. It's going to be challenging. I'll make it work.

You don't have to use a harness but I'd wear one if I hunted in it with the ring folded back.... But then again I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat!

Yeah. Better be safe than sorry. Lol I can't sleep at all on that thing unless its really comfortable! Like bed. Lol

Philip, I have a couple harnesses. The ones that come with treestands. I can give a couple to you if you like, I am working in RR and will be there T-Th Sa-Sun. Call me if this will help. I'll put them in my car in case you can use them, one for you and one for Mia. Does Gabriella need one, I think I have 3.
