Never had it until I married my wife. I love it around the holidays my wifes family all get together and make menudo and tamales. Great stuff.

I had wanted to try it for a long time, and finally worked up the nerve, I did not like it.
The broth was good, the veggies were good, the honeycomb tripe tasted like...****. I didnt even finish the bowl. This was at a taqueria were almost every patron in the place was eating it. It was the sunday morning special, and the place was packed so I dont think I got a bad batch or inferior soup. I just think it's not for me.

oh, i love menudo. i don't like it with the patas de puerco though!

My Father in Law always says " its not menudo without the patas de puerco". I agree. I didn't like it when I was growing up but love it now......just DON'T cook it inside the house.
