Where to get Gold Tip Arrows

OK I know I am an idiot. I have procrastinated and now I am in a bind. My 14yo son has grown about 6 inches in height in the past year. We recently pulled out the bows to start getting ready for season, and his draw lenght has increased by a couple inches. Luckily he shoots a Mission Craze, so a couple allen screws and he is adjusted. However, now his arrows are to short. He is able to shoot field tips, but the tip is right at the rest, and there is no way he can shoot BH's with these arrows. He needs Gold Tips 35/55's. I have called around and can't find anyone that has any in stock where I can go to the store and pick them up. I need them 27" and would prefer blazers or something similiar. Is there another archery shop in the Houston area besides Viking-not bashing they are just out, where I can pick some up. I would like to grab them tomorrow so we can shoot the rest of the weekend and week and get him tuned back in. Thanks

Bass pro carries them I believe. I am not to familiar with archery shops down there so I can't help there. Academy at one time also carried gold tips as well

Heck, I think Academy had Gold Tips now... They come in a 6 pack. That's the first place I'd check.

If that don't work Give Santa Fe Archer in Alvin a call. They're probably closer to you than Viking anyway. ...and I'd be all for you bashing them... I do every chance I get

Oops sorry just read the complete post I guess Viking is out. My wife has some beman 500 should be about the same as the gold tip 35-55 they are 27 3/4".

Academy has GT Expedition Hunters for $39.99 for 6 or XT Hunters for $52.99 for 6. These are ready to shoot arrows. They also have the XT Hunters for $83 for a dozen with knocks and inserts only.

If you find them full length, I'd gladly cut them to length, square the ends and install the inserts....heck if you need them fletched, I can do that too. Good luck in your search, Academy should have them. Shoot me a pm if you need the help, its free of charge

If not academy the there's always eBay
