May need more memory. I had to delete or move a bunch of pics off and delete a few apps I didnt use much. Need at least 2.5 GB to update.

No, its the new Apple Opperating system. You have to update the IOS under settings

There are free panoramic apps you can get without d/l iOS 6. I just found out that the panoramic doesn't work in the iPhone 4 with iOS 6, only on the 4S.
