I would not waste your money on any special "hog attractant." These tend to draw in deer, which can lead to problems if you are trapping. What works best for me is this.
Take an empty plastic barrel and add your corn. Then, fill the barrel with water and stir it up once a day for 3-4 days depending on how hot it is outside(the hotter the quicker it will rot). To bait just toss it one the ground and kit dirt over it. They will litterly dig you a pond if you keep doing this.
I know a student who did a science fair project on the different types of hog bait and this one worked best.
