Holiday Inn is on a budget because Habeeb is buying up all the motels.

I recently booked a room for family in Seguin for my daughters graduation. Holiday Inn Express and Best Western both charge $169.00 per night and would not budge. Both are owned and managed by Habeeb and crew. They told me that they would not budge on price because the Oilfield companies would pay it.

I stayed at a Quality inn and suites a couple of weeks ago and had the same thing. King size bed and 4 mini pillows. Really sucks when you have a head as big as mine.
