Anyone else going dove hunting this weekend?

I didnt get to go on special whitewing season. I am so dang excited, I dreamt about being at the ranch and shooting stuff. Headed down to corpus tomorrow for work, then heading to the ranch(Falfurrias). Ive got a few buddies i havent seen in a while meeting me down there for a ho-down.

I CANT WAIT!

I'm going to hunt probably Saturday only. I dove hunt the same place I bow hunt, so I usually don't like to make a whole bunch of racket too close to bow season.

I believe I'll be there. I'm planning on going but there could be a last minute obligation that resurfaces.

I got a invite to go down on the boarder somewhere , I'm sure I will be filling feeders in stuff but I can't wate , good food & drink and good friends and the great outdoors . God I love this country !!!!

I'll be in the sunflower patch in Swiss Alp on Friday and then in Poth on Saturday to hunt with the crew from Hunt Oil Co.

Dad calls me. "hey is your truck full"
Me : "no, why"
Dad " good, i need you to pick up the 50 bags of corn i just bought and put them in my feeders"

Truck holds 25-30. Looks like I'm making the 30 drive back into town twice tomorrow. Have got some things to fix/repair at camp.

I'm not even mad, I'm pumped.
