    BH tuning?

Hey y'all this will be my first season bowhunting. I've read to tune your bow with your BHs for this season and have a question. I have been shooting field tips but just bought my Rage BHs and started shooting with the "practice tips". There is ZERO difference in my shot placement. Is this possible?
Also, do I need to shoot the actual BHs or are the practice heads ok? Thanks in advance for the help!

That's quite possible with mechanical heads. If the practice mechanical flies to point of aim, most likely so will the real thing. Its one of the reasons mechanical are so popular. Now just practice picking a hair to shoot at

Tune it, still, if you haven't with your fp's. The practice ones are fine

It's been tuned with fp's already. So much so that I've ruined a couple of arrows with Robin Hood shots.
Do I need to shoot a couple of shots with the real BHs? I don't want to screw them up by sending them downrange into the target.

10-4. Your good to go. I just use the practice point. Then convert it to a real one

Glad you asked this because I had the same question. This is my first year as well and am shooting perfect with the practice rages. At over $30 a package I dont wanna shoot the real deal if I dont have too.

                Hey Texas Longball
Wish you success on the Rage Broadhead. If you are not completely satisfied with every aspect of that broad head you might want to try a set of these.

and remember ......the deadly V. Pick a hair in the V and dead it will be.
