    Not a mancard question;

    Because this belongs to all hunters male or female:

    Does anyone/has anyone feel/been told that we, as hunters, seem to be more emotional from September to January? (or so, general hunting season, if you will)

    I have been told lately that I am, not in my words, "overpassionate" about bow season especially.

    Your thoughts and anecdotes.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nope..........just passionate.

    And maybe a little wacko.

      I agree...I believe we are more passionately focused on killing things so we can eat. Its in our blood to spill blood.

        I become a little more obsessive at this time of year with hunting stuff.

              Hunting season is when I'm the most laid back. Guess cause its such a great stress relief to be in the woods with all of Gods creatures

                I was told by the old lady I'm obsessed. I said she was right. I thought it was great that we both agreed on something.

                    There is no such thing as "overpassionate" when it comes to bowhunting. Unless you took too many happy pills.

                        I'm currently a little cranky from lack of sleep due to anxiety because the 29 won't get here quick enough, then I'll be chill and never home!

                          Last year after 25 yrs of marriage my wife told me with a chuckle, "I was ate up with it". I agreed and carried on.

                            Before I married I told my wife if she could live with me from October until the end of January the rest of the year would be a piece of cake.
