**** LOD, you just gave up my forecasting map.Seriously, it's pretty close to the one I use.
Jason...We've got a mean looking squall lone pushing through East, Texas and some of the central counties right now so y'all need to keep an eye out with this one. Main threat will be damaging winds along the leading edge of the squall line/bow echo.
After the front passes, skies should rapidly clear out and give us a nice cool night. Both Wednesday and Thursday look like great days to be getting things done outside.
Come Friday, things start going dowhill again as a shallow arctic boundary starts to push through the state. As soon as it plows offshore, return flow starts up pretty quick and starts to override the shallow arctic airmass. Too early to get into p-types right now but Friday and Saturday look cold and wet. This might linger into Sunday as well. A big change from this past weekend.
