Anyone in Lampasas County seen if the buck are shedding their velvet yet? Haven't been able to go check my cam in a couple weeks, and looks like it is gonna be another week before I get out there. I can't wait to see that 9 I'm after without his velvet on.

99% are all bone now, no velvet and have been seing some really nice deer in my area off 580. What road ya on and I can help ya out with camera checking.Comment

I checked cams yesterday in Burnet, just south of you, all my bucks are hard horned now.Comment

Couldn't speak for all of em but I had a buck try to t-bone my truck out that way friday morn and he had no velvet lolComment
