I've been looking at some homes on acreage and have one I'm considering. The only problem is that it is totally electric. I want to plumb it and convert the stove to LP and add a tankless water heater instead of and electric tak system. I want my bbq grill to be LP also. My question is the feasability of this and the cost of the change not including the cost of the tankless water heater. Anyone have any experience in doing this?

Way too many variables to ballpark it. Biggest thing is access. Running new piping through walls is expensive. The more places it has to go, the bigger the bill. Are all the fixtures in close proximity? On exterior walls? Access? Two Story? Etc, etc... Could be a little, more likely to be a whole lot.
