    Show pig supper

Possibly the most expensive pork chops I've ever eaten.

We bought my niece's show pig last year, and she sure is good!
Smothered pork chops, rice and gravy.

I know the feeling, but it is a good one.

I went home this weekend (Houma, LA to Madisonville, TX) and when I was leaving last night to head back to Houma my wife said "hey, do you want to bring a can of this Ragin' Blaze back with you?"

So yes, I passed Blake's house TWICE on this trip only to haul a can of Blaze from Texas back to Louisiana. Lol

Try the show pig bacon...it's basically just ham!

The only thing better than meat and potatoes is meat and meat!!!

Trust me it is not any cheaper if your own kid raises the hog. I am also eating the most expensive pork chops I ever ate. But I would not change a thing, we have a blast and we both are learning something new every day.
