    Sprint phone service performance?

Thinking about changing over to Sprint from AT&T. I'm in DFW & Westoplex primarily, wondering how their coverage / service is?

I used to have sprint. Once I got to Stephenville, sprint wouldn't work. It's good as long as you're around a major metro area but don't plan on driving to the hill country and depending on your phone to work. It won't happen. AT&T works great compared to sprint.

In in DFW and the coverage is pretty good, the unlimited data is the best.

I have never heard of anyone wanting to go from AT&T to Sprint. I switch over to AT&T a few years back and have been completely satisfied and have buddies that are on Sprint needing to borrow my phone to call home when we are at the lease. Good luck with your decision.

Sprint doesn't work in the hill country. It does work every where else.

Every friend I have that has sprint when they lose service I generally have it still. I know of no one that has sprint and doesn't talk about switching to another carrier

Still carry two phones - one supplied by my employer, the other my personal phone. I've always had ATT on the employer phone, and "HAD" Sprint on my personal. Seemed to always have a signal with ATT and always struggle with service with Sprint. Both are now with ATT. Very satisified with ATT.

Bad mistake to switch IMO.... ATT is superior. Works well in Colorado also.

I should've stated I don't have AT&T I have Verizon but I know that between the 3 sprint is the worst for signal if you get off the beaten path in my experience

Here in Elmo which is 7 miles East of Terrell which is 40 miles East of Dallas, Sprint is the only one that will work out here and also inside the house! I switched to ATT due to work and now have to use an ATT micro cell booster to get ATT signal inside the house. ATT and Sprint are about equal for me everywhere else I frequently go. I guess like everything else in life, I am the odd ball guy!

Sprint is fine if you are in a major city but it's spotty after that. Stick with AT&T or Verizon if you are outside of city limits often.
