I remember who he is now. When he was in HS the company I work for was looking for land and the developer I work with would always tell me about this great HS football player at a place called Tivy H S. He's good

He played high school ball in Kerrville. Most folks probably don't know he moved there.

I know where he played HS football, But before that he was from Tyler. Trust me. Google John Paul Manziel Tyler. He may be a good guy, but his family has been rummer-ed to have ties with the Mafia since I was a kid. and that was many moons ago

Manziel looked good for his first game. The coaches will hopefully teach him that the receivers in college are not always wide open and you need to step up and make a throw.

The two Freshman receivers looked great. I was not at the game but heard a swope was taken care of by FL defense.

Yeah they shut swope down well. The freshman recievers did very well!

I like Mizzou today and I think Georgia will struggle to stop them.

I wish the KState / Miami game was on TV.
... so if we look up your College Pickem you picked the Aggies and Mizzou? Tell the truth.

I didn't gamble on them, I just liked them.

It was another great night in Longhorn Country.

I took this picture in case anyone was interested.

I could hear the collective chuckle last night at about 6 PM in DKR Memorial. Yes...I actually attend the games!

I found it interesting that it has been 20 years since Arkansas and Sourh Carolina joined the SEC and either of them has yet to win a conference title.

Who will do it first? Texas A&M, Arkansas or South Carolina.

It's 9 AM and Lee Corso is still an idiot!

                                Collective chuckle or loud cheer?

@ChipBrownOB: #Longhorn fans let out a loud cheer when scoreboard shows "Florida 20, Texas A&M 17" - now halftime here. Texas 17, New Mexico 0.
