Ive been eating salmon pretty regular as part of my weight loss and you cant go wrong with the Cajun Blaze for a seasoning. If you can dream it up it will go good with Salmon.

Agree, it is something I eat at least twice a week!

Put some Ragin Blaze on it, heat up the cast iron skillet, toss in some butter, add fish, turn after 7 mins, cook 7 minutes longer. Then EAT, good groceries

I dry rubbed a big filet with a spicy BBQ rub and put it in the cold side of my smoker at about 150 for 4 hours and then finished it on the hot side at about 220 until it flaked.

The family and guests just raved about it.

I just dress it up with some ragin blaze and a drizzle of olive oil then on to the grill.
