San Angelo CM Gathering?

As had been discussed in a previous thread, have any of you San Angelo hunters had any thought to when the best weekend and venue for a get-together would be?

The original suggestion was for October 13th with venue TBD. I don't live in San Angelo anymore, so some of you Concho Valley residents might have a good suggestion for a venue once we determine the best weekend.
I have a group of TBH'ers coming to Ft. McKavett on the weekend of the 13th, so that's 6 or 7 already on board for this event.

Still trying to figure out best option.
I hate to miss a Saturday pm hunt so I was thinking of maybe a Friday pm gathering.
This way everyone can get together on their way to the lease and secondly all the guys that are west and south of Angelo don't have to travel back to town. Any thoughts?

Friday PM works for our group too as we arrive either Thursday PM or Friday AM at the latest.

No clue what date would work best. I will try to make it whenever y'all decide. The Friday night thing ain't bad. 9ish ? Thursday might work also.

Well I am probably out for the weekend of the 13-14. My dad is having a kidney removed the week before and he may still be at my house recovering then so I don't want to make a plan I have to cancel. If someone else wants to take over setting up a get together please proceed and if it turns out he is up and going on his own by then I will join in. If nothing else we can maybe make a last minute gtg at BWW or something.
