Sandblasting?

Well I got a heck of a deal on a sweet 6x14 trailer! It was given to me but it needs some work. I removed the wood from the frame last night. The frame is in great shape but needs to be blasted and painted. I had a guy recommended to me who does a great job. He is asking $400 to sandblast and paint. Is that a reasonable price?

10 years ago I had a 16' gooseneck trailer sand blasted for $175.I painted it myself,and made one heck of a mess in the backyard.I probably had $300 in it ,doing it myself.Sounds reasonable to me.
