I have 7 days until my first elk hunt in Jackson Hole Wyoming and I havent slept more than 8 hours since I found out last Thursday! My mind is constantly racing and I cannot sleep to save my life! I thought it was bad for deer season but thinking about is elk hunt is driving me crazy!

I know that a lot of folks don't like the option, but have you tried maybe benedryl or the new Zquil? I often have this problem when I have a big trip coming up and tried the zquil. That did the trick

I remember being up there 30yrs ago and just east of Jackson Hole seeing elk herds that looked like caribou migration. beautiful country.
