Rangefinder tether

What is everyones suggestion for a rangefinder. I have a neck strap that is fine but it is a tangled mess when I have my bino's around my neck. I have looked at the Nikon tether but it is very noisy. Thanks,

G5 has a new one out I want to check out. Tried the evo last year. Lasted one hunt.

I have the nikon and like you said it is a little noisy. I leave it clipped to my pack and just range landmarks around my setups. I only hunt a few different stands and remember most distances my shots will be. So far this has worked for me, but I'm sure sooner or later I'll have to try to range a critter that doesn't want to come on in

I think I saw on youtube, where a guy made his own tether, that attached to his bino harness.

I ran into this issue stalking Mulies last month. Stand hunting is a easy fix but when you are stalking its tangle city. Probably have everything I need to make something in the shop but i figured I would poll the masses..
