    Dove report from around Hondo

UN-ding-dong-believable! Never seen so many whitewings. Looks like Argentina, no kidding.

Those of you hunting with Sammy Nooner will have limits in minutes so dress accordingly.

My buddy owned the property on your right as you get into hondo. Before the overpass behind mummes. We had some amazing shoots over the years on that place. They sold it two years ago and now the owners have set up a dove hunting retreat. It's called "Paloma Pachanga".

              Ricky,
My youngest boy is guiding dove hunts all this month at the Nooner. Sounds like hard work

I used to dove hunt in Yancey when I was a kid. Do you know the Weimers?

Hey, zz, he may have to work a little just due to the sheer number of hunts they're running. Heard they're trying to hunt 5000 guns this season.

John- TAKE ME HUNTING! I was through Hondo a few times last week and it really was nuts to the east and north of Mummes. Birds are only so-so here in Sabinal.

Seriously, if you're down, please come see us! Boys would love to see cousin and maybe Steph will be home from college.

Yea he will be busy. Text him last night and he was boiling shrimp. Evidently they eat well at those hunts

Since my buddy sold his farm we've been out of a good place to hunt. Catherine is hunting outside of Castroville today and I'm in Austin for a bachelor party. I think this is the first time ever that she's been hunting and I'm at a social event!
Definitely will Nick, miss you guys! Need to do some huntin or fishin here soon.
