I'm wondering if Romney (because no professional speech writer would have overlooked this) forgot he's supposed to hate FDR, Truman, (nobody can hate Ike), JFK, LBJ, and Clinton too. He left poor Carter and Obama hanging in the cold without their battle buddies.

Why is he supposed to hate them? The speech writer and Romney intentionally left Carter and Obama in the cold- that was the point of the whole comment IMO...

Yes, his future is very bright. The Republicans have several younger up-and-comers... Rubio, Ryan, Ted Cruz, etc.

Rubio was great, I'd like to see him run for the presidency.....he'd get my vote.
