I usually shoot and eat 7-9 deer a year . . . . for some reason I'm getting close to the season and have a little over a deer left.
I have sausage and chili if anyone wants some. I'm very careful processing my deer, clean the animal quickly and ice it for 4-6 days so my meat tastes about as good as it's gonna get.
