I usually shoot and eat 7-9 deer a year . . . . for some reason I'm getting close to the season and have a little over a deer left.

I have sausage and chili if anyone wants some. I'm very careful processing my deer, clean the animal quickly and ice it for 4-6 days so my meat tastes about as good as it's gonna get.

nice gesture...I usually give away a ton of meat each year to friends, clients and a few tbhers from a similar thread. I have some clients taking advantage and coming back over and over asking for more Keep a large upright stocked here at office. Added tamales to the mix this year
