I enjoy both my Kahles and Meopta 3x12x56 30 mm tubes. They've always done what I need them to do. Clear and not as high as the Swarovski glass. We've sat out at night and looked through everything trying to decide and these were pretty hard to beat.

I've been studying this pretty hard. I have NO complaints out of the one on my .25-06. I'd REALLY like the 3.5x10x50 but don't see what you gain in the price difference...

        I have a Schmidt and Bender 3 - 12 on my Cooper .280.

I am told it is over the top but I only paid $ 650 for it so why not right? Best glass you can look through.

I'll give you your $ back today... You don't need that scope, you build your own erras and chisel rocks into broad heads...

This is true, this is true. However my son's and grandson do not and I am building upon or spending their inheritance. However you choose to look at it.

I used to run Nikon scopes for years then I saw the "light"...

I've got a Trijicon AccuPoint 5-20X50 on my AR-15 and a Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14X50 on my Remington VTR .308

I prefer both of these over the Nikons and prefer the Zeiss over the Trijicon. A lot clearer and more crisp.

I'm sold on Zeiss Conquest now and won't ever try another brand.

As this is Steve's thread, he gets first dibs on it.

Too big for what I'm looking for, it's yours amigo. It'd sure look good on a certain SPS .308

Also thanks for posting on my thread, I haven't checked up since I got you text this morning. I just landed in OKC. PP is on the way

No disrespect intended at all with what follows... IMHO the Nikons are garbage. I'd put the Monarch on a .22 but that's about as far as I'd go with it. The quality they put out doesn't compare to the higher end scopes. They're ok of you're not real serious about your optics or if that's the biggest price tag you're willing to jump into. Me, I'd rather save for a year and buy a higher quality scope then "buy what I can afford."

As I send I meant no disrespect in what I said.
