Glad no one was hurt, need to put way heavier cable than actually needed, also make sure you check the cable clamps if your using them and you may even need to double the cable clamps, I had a clamp slip once when I was using a tripod lift to pick up the front of my riding mower so I could sharpen the blades an the mower hit me in the head, made a really nice knot but luckily that was it.

The best feeder I've seen is the Capsule they sit on the ground and you don't have to climb a ladder or crank a wench. If you haven't seen them go online or check out Cabelas. My son got one last year and they are awesome.

Actually pea gravel generally comes in 40 pound sacks, so it would actually weigh less. But 6 50 pound bagsof rocks will weigh the same as 6 50 pound bags of corn, milo, range cubes or any other material you choose to compare.

Ok... So how much does a 55 gallon barrel of corn weigh compared to a 55 gallon barrel of gravel? I think that was his point... Just sayin.
