What do you do to settle the pin on the target?

What do you do? Seems like I'm always bouncing all around the spot I'm trying to hit.

I've been trying shooting the gaps rather than the pins and it seems to help a little.

I had a solid year where I could only keep the pin steady if it was 6 inches or so below the target. Didn't shoot for a few months and it fixed itself. Kinda like my golf swing, one problem goes away and another pops up.

I don't try to. I kinda float the pin. Concentration on the Target not the pin.

The reason that works is because there is no pin for you to focus on, and you are looking at your intended target. Try to stare a hole in your target, and let your pin float into the center of where you are focusing your sight.

Trying to watch the pin and put it on a specific spot on the target and hole it there is pretty much impossible. look at where your want your arrow to land, and your pin will float to where you are looking.

This is technically the ideal shot scenario. Takes some adjustment mentally, but truly seems to help

I exhale while floating the pin in and squeeze with no air in me. Works well for me!

When i finally got used to this, things got a whole lot better for me. However, i still catch myself trying to hold steady.p

I do this and just let the pin circle the dot. You will be surprised just how effective it is. Too much pressure holding on the dot for me. The circles will get smaller and smaller as you shoot. Good luck.

if you aggresively(spell check) push/pull it takes ALOT of sway outa your arms. i let the air out and melt the trigger.

Let the pin float where I wanna hit.

Maybe I'm trying too hard, just need to focus on the spot.

i usually bring my pin in fromthe bottom up and shoot. i try to get an accurate shot off in 3 seconds or less. seems to keep me from shaking
