          Eat them several times a year, I like to remove the membrane/skin off though. Works best to freeze them and it peels right off when they are almost thawed.

            Love 'em. Harvest them myself. What we cut in the spring roundup we cook for the fall roundup and what gets cut in the fall gets ate in the spring.
