Turkey feeder questions

Have any of yall tried hen scratch in your feeders to attract turkeys? Do you use anything other that corn? What seems to work best? Milo?

Do yall use regular spin cast feeders? Free demand feeders?

Let me hear your ideas.

We put 2 sacks of milo (remainder corn) per feeder. Broadcast feeders. I think the turkeys like the milo but they're pretty fond of corn also.

I was thinking milo. Henscratch has milo, cracked corn, sunflower seeds. Just thought it might work. I'm gonna put it in one feeder and set up a camera to see if there is a preferance.

Where are you hunting? Seems like when I hunted in Harwood (between flatonia and luling) that the turkeys would go crazy over milo and not pay much attention to the corn. Same thing east of Three Rivers. In Lampasas they seem to like the corn about as good as the milo. Hen scratch would be just fine also.
