well i got 12 lbs of ground meat from this hind leg. meat is in the fridge overnight and then put into the jerky gun then to the dehydrators. this jerky don't last long, kids tear it up and i give a bunch away. good stuff. oh i sliced off 3 steaks 3/4" thick which have been in marinate, spark the pit up tomorrow.
