Need Help Contacting Devin

I've been trying to E-mail Devin through his instant messaging feature and I've gotten no response. What am I doing wrong? I'm very frustrated!

If your trying to e-mail him through his IM he isn't online right now. Thats why you aren't getting an answer. Here is his e-mail and I am sure if you send it to this address he will respond before the night is over.

The ICQ instant message isn't like email. It's really just there to let you know he's an ICQ member and you can request to be added to his buddy list. The email link is the one you want to use. Devin responds quickly to emails.

Does that mean that he hasn't received any of the 4 messages that I've sent him through his instant messaging?

Being VERY computer ignorant, I thought that was what I was doing.
