My septic guys says no. Got this off the internet in a "Aerobic septic FAQ"
WARNING: DO NOT use swimming pool chlorine tablets in your disinfection system. The chlorine in these tablets are made from trichlorisocyanuric acid. Swimming pool tablets dissolve more slowly than calcium hypochlorite and do not throughly disinfect the effluent. Additionally, there is a danger of explosion using swimming pool tablets since the tablets will release an explosive gas called nitrogen chloride due to the fact that they are not totally immersed in water at all times while in use. They are not approved by EPA for wastewater effluent disinfection.

The difference between the 2 tablets is the "glue" that binds the chlorine into tablet form. The pool tablets are designed to last longer since there is not the shock load of bacteria like there is in a septic system.
Will the spetic system still function? Yes, but keep in mind that now, the water that is discharged from your aerobic spray system is now loaded with bacteria and the kids may smell a little funny if you let them play in the sprinklers!
Bottom line is, if I had an above ground discharge aerobic system, there is no way I would use pool chlorine in my septic system.
I worked in the water/wastewater for 10 years, and know of the dangers when dealing with sewage.
Not worth the risk in my book!

Pool tabs are stabilized chlorine designed for long term release in an immersed condition.
The big ripoff is that if you need hypochlorite, one of the cheapest ways to get it is bleach. Same exact chemical, different label. Sodium hypochlorite (aka pool shock) is the active ingredient in bleach. You might want to do some research on if you can substitute good ol fashioned plain bleach.
