G5 Customer Service - Great Experience
I have been using the G5 T3 broadheads for a couple of years now. Right or wrong, if the blades aren't damaged, I simply resharpen and re-use. The thing I was running short on was the spider clips since they are a consumable item. So, I emailed G5 and asked about a place to find them. Within a day they had emailed me a link to order the spider clips on their shopping page. I ordered a 24 pack of the blue "standard" clips on a Monday. On Friday, I received a package with 12 blue "standard" clips and 12 red "crossbow" clips. Well, on Monday morning, I emailed them back about the mix-up. They apologized and said it was most likely an older package that was not sorted that got sent to me, and that they would mail me another set of the standard clips. I got them in the mail today. I just wanted to take the time to let folks know that there are some still some good folks out there. I've always been a fan of the G5 products that I have used, and will continue to be based on their performance and customer service.
