Smart move if O doesnt win. If he does... well that is a roll of the dice that no one can predict but odds are it will go down because there isn't enough money to keep them propped up any more. I hope and wish prosperity for everyone and that the govt leaves us alone to do what we do best and that is being americans chasing the american dream. When I say the govt leaves us alone I mean stop trying to pick the winners and the loosers based upon your intervention and let the market decide what is a good business and what is profitable based upon the market.

If the POTUS wins that will be awesome for manufacturer's stock, so the decision to put some $ on the line has to be made in the next 80 days! I definitely agree that NO BUSINESS MODEL should be propped -up with taxpayer dollars. Pretty pitiful that BANKs are on every corner and still don't see the benefit of working with homeowners to stem the tide of foreclosures. But it could be a property/land grab unlike none ever seen before in the US!
