I'm gonna go with Trailboss on this one. If'n he's dead, he's good.
There would be no plants left unharmed in the greenhouse as I would have destroyed them while shooting at the snake with the 12 ga.

Those greenhouses work just like Double Bulls and other ground blinds.........Think about that at dark 5:30 in the am.....

The thing about this is the snake is on a bench 4 feet high. The benches are about 2 feet apart so when you walk down the isle you can't step back you have to go past. The snake never moved I walked 200 yards to my house and got my pistol. The plants had him protected so you could not hit him with anything and if you disturbed him he could have gone under something or thru the bench then we would really have a problem.
