My outside unit is woring but my unit in atic is not blowing. What could it be?

Had the whole thing turned off while we were out of tow for a week. Fan wount come on if I switch it on.

probably a bad capacitor...the thing that bumps the motor to start...those things always go out when it's hot out...

Make sure power is going to air handler in attic. Check to make sure someone didn't turn switch off (most air handlers have a light switch hooked up to them). After checking that then check breaker. Let us know staus of those things and then we can go from there

Could be low voltage transformer.

Look for a fuse like in a car it will be in the upstairs unit where the power goes in. Sometimes when the power is turned off under load it wil blow!
