For Guys That Fry Fish Around Austin

I volunteered to fry fish next week for all of the teachers and administrators at Nathan's school. I'll be cooking for about 65 folks. I do pretty well with my fish fryer and cowboy wok, but it sure would be helpful to have a couple of pots going. Please shoot me a PM or call me (203-5869) if you have and would be willing to lend me a good fish fry set up. Teachers in Dripping Springs would appreciate it - I would sure appreciate it!

Trey, I have a fish fryer (pot, basket, burner) that you can borrow. I can meet you at the intersection of 71/Hamilton Pool Road sometime this week, or you can be adventurous and drive out to Spicewood and pick it up. I'm good either way.

It takes 9 gallons of oil and will crank out some fish and taters.
